Error 455 — IP not allowed

Your current IP address may not be permitted.

What does it mean?

This error can indicate that the current IP address is not allowed.

Basic troubleshooting

  1. Restart your router.
  2. Check whether a VPN is enabled.
  3. If you use a VPN, make sure the VPN playlist is selected.
  4. If you do not use a VPN, make sure the normal / NO-VPN playlist is selected.
  5. Restart the application.

If the issue continues after these steps, contact support with your username and whether a VPN is enabled.
