This error can indicate that MAG device details are invalid or not recognised.

What to do

This error can indicate that MAG details are not recognised. Restart the app or device. If you use a MAG or similar portal, confirm you are entering the details from the Client Area. If it continues, contact support.

When to contact support

Contact support if restarting the device or app does not resolve Error 462.
